Channeling chi.
I've only gotten as far as forming a faint chi ball in my cupped hands, and now I'm stuck. I need a mentor to assist me in strengthening my skill in this area.

Element manipulation.
I want to learn which element is mine, and how to control it to the extent my ability will allow me.

Developing my psychic ability / Meditation.
I've found it impossible for me to strengthen my faint psychic ability, and I know the easiest way to do this would be through meditation. However, I have found myself completely unable to relax for this process. I've tried different times of the day, eating, not eating, doing it as I fall asleep. Nothing works. When I try to let my body relax, it does the complete opposite and I literally start shaking with the small adrenaline rush it releases to wake me back up.

Any advice/assistance is welcome and greatly appreciated. But what I'm really looking for is a mentor, whether in one, or all of these areas of weakness.
