Someone else mentioned freezing him, and indeed this is a simple and effective spell. You write his name on a paper (or if you have a photo or hair or something, even better) and write the stuff you want him to stop doing. Then put it in a jar of water and just set it in the back of the freezer -- when the water freezes, the actions will freeze as well. I've done this successfully many times as have lots of people I know.

If you want to be more severe, you can write his name on a paper (or use a photo of him, and add any hair or whatever you have of his) and put it in a jar with Hot Foot powder, seal it up, and then drop it into a river. This will send him away.
