I've been trying to astral project for a long, long time now. I can get into the vibrational stage without much hassle most of the time, but I can't get out. I've tried imagining that I was weightless and floating, I've tried rolling out, and a few other methods also have failed me. I always feel like I'm being weighted down by something, as if something heavy was sitting on me and not letting me up. I feel as if I am chained down, almost.


Please, I am open to any suggestions and explanations for this problem. I need a good solution. I want to get out very badly, and this is a major problem. Please help.
