Hello friends,
My name is Megan. I am fairly new to this community, but am not new to the wonder magic holds. I made a wonderful realization a few days ago as I was casting what I thought was my first spell. It was, in fact, not my first spell at all!
When I was younger a feud broke out between a neighbor's family and mine. The only peace was between myself and one of their daughters. Together, we sat and mixed certain components in a wooden bowl. I explained to her that we needed a wooden bowl because we wanted our goal to come from nature's hand, not forced by man. How I knew this as a young child, I could not tell you. Goddess is within us all! We combined a drop of each of our blood to symbolize each of our families, a dash of dirt so symbolize the feud we wanted to overcome and finally, a rose petal to signify the smoothness and tranquility we wanted between the families. We ground these together with a stone and chanted a peace chant which we wrote together. We spread our mixture on each of our doorsteps and within 24 hours, the feud had been diffused and peace was again ours.
All of this rushed back to me and I was filled with a wonderful feeling. I am now bringing magic back into my life. I am beginning my senior year in university and soon beginning my master's degree program. I am looking for friends to share and discuss magic with. I also enjoy writing spells.
