two days ago i was trying to astrally project but i was having concentration trouble( with annoying family) and as i detensified my muscles, i realized that i felt as if i was almost everywhere, like if i had tuned in to THE flow itself of being everywhere, i began trying to contract and expand this feeling, as i contracted i saw blurs become stars and part a way for me, i felt other experiences (from other bodies) and that feeling was clear, i could almost see the beings features trying to distinguish itself in my visual nerve endings, looked almost extraterrestrial, i could also feel thousands of thoughts flying by, but none were by me, i felt grounded in my place but it was almost as if those thoughts were all about me aknowledging them, once i did, it just burst into very loud responses and i felt it neccesary to tune out out of just the uncomfortability experienced...to describe it it was almost as if getting screamed in the ear but in the center of your brain (not pleasant)

my question is has anyone experienced something similar to what ive described?

any insight to this at all is greatly appreciated
