Hi, many years ago some friends and I decided to play around with a Ouija board, we were teens just playing around at break times in school. However some strange things happened (loud knocking coming from no where, lights blowing, etc) after these events we decided it was a bad idea and I was the one to get rid of the 'board'. For years after I felt I was being followed and life took a downward turn. Things have not got any better and I'm constantly followed by bad luck. I believe it all started with the board and would really appreciate any help/advice on how to get rid of whatever it is that has followed me around all these years, I'm plagued by nightmares and I just need some peace in my life, thank you
