So I go to thinking the other night. I was thinking about the debate we were having over the change physical body spell and i thought of this. Everything is energy. So, your body fat is energy. In the process of energy manipulation you are using and burning energy. When you use up the energy you have readily available, your body burns its surplus energy, stored in fat tissue, right? So, if you manipulate energy alot, you burn alot of energy, eventually buning fat, and losing weight. Correct me if I'm wrong, it's just a theory =D
