My mother has been having a string of bad luck recently and is feeling very emotionally drained. When I saw her last I felt like bad energy coming off of her. I feel like she has some sort of negative spell work/energy being directed at her.

I wanted to give her something to maybe help, or block the negativity that is pointed at her. I was thinking of a witch's bottle. Thought it would be perfect.

However, that requires something personal of the person needing protection such as hair or nails. Which I don't have. I wanted to just put it together and send it to her, so I don't want to ask for those, and wait for her to send them to me.

Would it be as effective if I don't have those, and just put it in the usual items for protection?

Im going to see if I have anything that once belonged to her like a necklace, ring, etc that might work.
