Botanokinesis

To use botanokinesis you must first know how to fuse your energy with a plants. First use your ki and make it enter the plant, like roots. Let your energy and the plants flow through both of you. Now you should be able to control the energy, growth, and physical properties of the plant. Once you are far into your traning you should be able to form living plants from just your energy.

Plant Energy Draw:
This is a very useful ability when fighting in a forest or field. because plants are alive you can use ther energy to replace the energy you have used. First stand away from a plant and look at it. Now reach out to the plant with your energy. after you have reached it start to pull the energy from the plant and bring it to you. if you want you can even turn it directly into a blast or shield.

Botano Grounding:
This will increase your grounding and ability to balence by many times. First do the normal grounding technique. Next have your energy roots wind around your legs anchoring you to the ground. Make the roots wind in the ground and reach out to plants. You can then use the plants roots to draw more energy. In addition you will be harder to knock down

Growth:
This is the basis of most of the botanokinetic techniques. first mix your energy with the plants. When they have mixed gently tell the plant to grow. plants dont respond well to harsh commands. Try to tap into the plants cells and give your energy. You can easely practice this on a seed or a house plant that you have sitting around. Learning this will help greatly in botanokinesis.
