Hello,

I used to have several types of psychic gifts, but ever since the passing of my grandmother nine years ago, they've been blocked for the most part.

I want to try fixing that, getting back in gear after being rusty, if you will, but I don't know how to do that.
A friend of mine has been trying to help these past few days, teaching meditation and even asking one of her guides to try helping, but it still feels like there's some kind of filter that's keeping me from reaching my potential.

I've encountered several spirits, entities and creatures come to like me--I can just barely sense them. I want to be able to communicate with them better and strengthen my relationships with them.

Is there any particular way I can try getting back into the swing of things? Simple meditation isn't enough...
