I believe I have astral projected once. At the time I was having a lot of prophetic dreams and I believe this was just another form of that gift.

I remember feeling awake but there was something that felt different, a bit off. My room was exactly as it was. I then floated to my ceiling and saw my body sleeping. I was confused but I didn't feel frightened even tho that whole night I was having demonic dreams. I then floated out of my room to the living room and again everything was in place. I saw a black demonic figure at my door and it was knocking very roughly as if it was trying to force itself in but something wasn't letting it. I then floated back to my room and at the top right corner I heard a strong male voice saying, "NO!" The voice was frightening but I new the command wasn't for me, it was for the demon. I then felt it's presence leave and just before I woke up, I saw a shadow of a man whom reminded me of my grandfather who recently passed away. As I woke, I felt peace and was easily able to go back to sleep. I didn't have another demonic dream that night.

I definitely believe that it was trying to tell me that I am being watched over and that my grandfather was always going to be there in times of need. Something was trying to attack me that night but was never aloud to complete it's mission.
