Hello,
Last night I randomly woke up from my sleep. I was kind of awake and I turned to my side. As I did that, I felt like my soul was getting sucked out of my face?! I could feel my ?astral body? starting to sit up while my physical body was lied on the bed... my face started going numb, then my neck, I kept stopping it before it got to my legs and feet. My face, neck and torso were numb, I was awake and I was trying to say ?stop? but I couldn?t. My voice was gone. I would just keep visualising my astral body lying in the same position as my physical body to stop it from escaping. I definitely had NO intentions of astral projecting. While that was happening, I also noticed that my closet door was shaking back and forth and I kept hearing quiet knocks...

Is it possible that some sort of an entity was forcing me to astral project?
