Wolf Moon Eclipse Magic: Friday Jan 10

The first full Moon of Winter is called the Wolf Moon, and this one will come as a penumbral eclipse. A penumbral eclipse is when the Moon passes through the outershadow of the Earth, but not the main dark part. Although not as dramatic as a full eclipse of the Moon, they are still a sight to see.

Unfortunately for Americans, this eclipse will happen during theday and will not be visible. However, it will be visible for just about everyone else in Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia.

Full Moons, eclipse or not are often a heightened time for magic. As all on Earth is tied to the phases of the Moon the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of our lives are also tied to the phases. So when the Moon is the brightest, so can be our powers.
