Home Cleansing & Purification

Items Needed:

• 6 drops of peppermint oil
• 6 drops of sandalwood oil
• 1 bottle of white wine vinegar
• Sea Salt
• 1 gallon of hot water.
• 1 White Sage Smudge Stick

Instructions:

1. Start by opening all doors and windows.
2. Sprinkle sea salt around the house and allow it to sit and absorb/neutralize any negative energy in your home.
3. While you allow the salt to sit and do its job, wipe down all of your walls, doors and windowsills with a mixture of the hot water,white wine vinegar, and sandalwood and peppermint essential oils.
4. Once everything is wiped down, sweep the salt up and throw it away. Start in your living room and then slowly start smudging your home with the sage stick.
5. As you smudge the house, say a small prayer or blessing chant.
6. When you are done, close your windows and doors and then spend a few moments in meditation of your cleansed and purified space.
