Meditate for 5-10 min. Think of yourself either flying through the sky, walking on the earth, or swimming in the seas. You will continuously move in a straight path. Call out to the environment. Animals will start appear. Some with Dark or Red eyes. Do not choose them! They are the opposites of kind nature. The first animal you see without these demonic eyes is your spirit animal. Once you find your animal, you must name it. Your animal will sometimes reject it, so keep trying. You can do this Ritual over and over again. You can strengthen this Ritual with Sigils or other symbols. Remember you can also draw magic from your spirit animal for spells and such. Also never forget your SA or it will forever disapear.
