Numerology, aka divination via numbers, can be achieved using multiple other forms of divination and items, including, but not limited to:

Tarot Cards; each of the major arcana has a number attached to it.

Dice; Dice obviously have numbers on them, 1-6, so you can get creative with rolling multiple dice and adding up the two numbers on top.

Dominos; Dominos can be used for numerology in a very similar method to dice, but with selecting the dominos randomly, then tossing them and adding up all the dots on top.

Playing cards; My personal method for numerology via playing cards is to have Ace represent 1, 2-10 represent themselves and the face cards represent 0's.

Coins; You can think of a random number between 1 and 10 and then flip a coin that many times, with heads for 0 and tails for 1, adding up the total.
