Then light the candles clockwise. Once your ready, take 10 deep breaths. Face the East and say: "Hail to the Guardians of the Watchtowers of the East, powers of air and invention. Hear Me!" Face the South and say: "Hail to the Guardians of the Watchtowers of the South, powers of fire and feeling. Hear Me!" Face the West and say: "Hail to the Guardians of the Watchtowers of the West, powers of water and intuition. Hear Me!"
