Get into a comfortable position and meditate for about five minutes, or until you are centered. Visualize yourself in a white room with two doors: one is in front of you and the other is behind you. Imagine yourself turning around. Open the door and cross over. There, you will see your past life.  After you finish, do the same but in reverse. Go through the door towards present time.
