Ingredients 1 Piece of paper. 5 Candles "1 Blue= Water, 1 Red= Fire, 1 Green= Earth, 1 Yellow = Air, and 1 white one= Spirit" 1 lighter or 5 matches. Spell Casting Now on the paper draw the pentacle, then place the 5 candles in proper order; Place the White candle on the top point of the pentacle. Place the Yellow candle on the left point of the pentacle. Place the Blue candle on the right point of the pentacle. Place the Green candle on the bottom left of the pentacle. Place the Red candle on the bottom right of the pentacle. Then Light the candles and say; I call upon the elements to aid me in healing my energy.
