Wind Summoning

Ingredients None Description This spell allows you to control the wind in a single area for a period of time. Takes lots of persistence and concentration. Spell Casting Go to a place with no wind, then concentrate very hard. Feel the wind surging around you, building up with energy until you wish to release it; when you do, chant 2 times: "Wind, wind come to me. Let me control you, move you, obey me as I please, so mote it be". Afterward the wind will do as obeyed whether it make a pleasant breeze or a violent storm. But remember, this spell takes time to learn.
