Spell Casting
Make the basic dream catcher. Wrap a circular object with hemp or twine.
Now. Find objects that carry positive memories. The type of memory will represent an affect. (Ex: feather from wedding=love) combine different types to create stronger affects. Don't overcrowd the charms, they can get blocked or turned off by charms that tangle or hide other charms. 5 ribbons or string should be a good limit.
Hang up somewhere higher than your head near your bed. You may enchant the catchers if you wish.
