Ingredients Toilet paper ball Description This is the first of a few levels to improve your telekinesis step by step. Spell Casting First you need to make a small little ball out of toilet paper. To do this just rip a little piece from the roll and pinch it into a ball; make sure it's small, light, and tightly packed. Put the ball onto a flat surface and focus only on the ball. Connect your energy with it (you can meditate before you do this if it helps). Now, simply just try to move it with your mind, simply just picture it rolling back and forth, and connect the energy.
