Ingredients 1. Voice 2. 2 White Candles 3. A Small Mirror 4. 1 Black Candle 5. Lavender 6. Bay Leaves 7. Holy Water 8. Belief Description You should be able to heal other people by simply touching the wounded, or diseased area (e.g. the chest if they have a cold). Keep in mind that it may not work for everyone. It doesn't work for me, but it did work for my friend, so don't be too disappointed if it didn't work for you. Spell Casting 1. Put the mirror on the floor, facing upright, with the white candles either side, and the black at the head of it. 2. Light the black candle. 3. Say "May all negative energy be banished, hence the light of the dark". 4. Put the holy water into a cup of some sort, and hold it just above the candle for 2 minutes. 4 Pour the water over the mirror. 5. Blow out the black candle. 6. Light the white candles. 7. Say "From now and forever keep the positive affirmations free in this mirror". 8. Crush the lavender and bay leaves together, and sprinkle it over the mirror. 9.As you do so, say "Cleanse thy health from now and future". 10. Blow out the candles. 11. Whenever you want to heal someone, put your hand ver the mirror, and say, "Cleanse thy health from now and future".
