Spell for a Goodnight’s Sleep

Ingredients *Optional* A candle with a relaxing scent/color (I always use lavender or vanilla) A pen (blue is good for this) Paper Description A simple spell to sleep well and give good dreams Spell Casting If you’ve chosen to use a candle, light it now  Create a sigil for sweet dreams and speak the following chant: ”Dreams be kind, Dreams be fair, May Morpheus dispel any nightmare”   Speak this chant as many times as you like.
