Calmness spell

Description

When feeling stressed out, use the calmness spell to calm yourself down.

Spell Casting

Sit in a comfortable position. Imagine an ocean slowly washing your stress away. Close your eyes. Do this until you feel calm and at one with the earth. If you want this calmness to stay for longer, chant:

"Oceans of blue.

Wash away my stress.

Make me calmer.

Clean my minds mess."

As soon as you do this, you will feel much calmer and happier. Do the chant as many times as you like. If extremly stressed, I reccomend 5 times.
