You should remember that just because the world is cruel, not everyone is. The trick is to find the ones that are true and keep them close to you.
To be a person in some ones life you must be prepared to give part of your life to be open to the light of another. But what happens when nobody wants you?
One can not choose to be a Shaman. Like a true witch you are born a Shaman and later trained by an Elder Shaman. Shamans are male and female and your training begins when you are ready to learn.

The site lists me as a novice, but in fact I have practiced for a about twenty years. I have belonged to a couple of covens here on the site as council and teacher for a short time.
To some death is the end of everything, but to others it is only the beginning.

A Sage is a teacher and council to those that need someone to talk to. People say they are things that are outrageous but all I claim to be is me, a listener, a teacher, a person to talk to that won't lie to you.

The boy you punched in the hall today? Committed suicide a few minutes ago (I went to his death bed). That girl you called a slut in class today? She's a virgin (I consoled her because she is my niece). The boy you called lame? He has to work every night to support his family (I work with him). That girl you pushed down the other day? She's already being abused at home (I went to her home and fought with her father because of what he had done). That girl you called fat? She's starving herself (I convinced her to eat because she was dying). The old man you made fun of cause of the ugly scars? He fought for our country (I have some of my own scars from defending those who can't). The boy you made fun of for crying? His mother is dying. You think you know them? Guess what, You don't! Courage comes form within, love is to be shared, compassion gives you strength and the valiant die only once where a coward dies many times.
Does Magick Really Work?
Magick works by belief. You have to believe in it for it to work. Why? What does that mean? Everything is consciousness so everything is Magick. So where does belief fit in? Belief is a power that has incredible implications. Belief is conscious will made manifest into an object of? Thought Energy? that exists purely in the? Network of Thought? or the? Realm of Consciousness? that permeates everything in the universe. Sort of a parallel dimension. A realm that exist all around us, and yet is untouchable, cannot be seen, and cannot be observed. When something is a belief it exists in this dimension; a real thing. The more belief that is put into that object; the more power it has. For example, if you pray for guidance and put belief that guidance will lead you to where you wish then it will happen.
These are the words of a 12 year old girl that died from cancer and it was found written on the back of her mirror.
