trouble with meditation..

anyone had trouble with their meditation cuz i`m having difficulties on meditating and i really need help here!!
(include those who also need help with this!)

Hi Mef,

That's totally natural. The more you practice, the easier it will become (although it's never really easy). Don't fight with yourself. When you start getting worked up, aknowlege your feelings and then relax and let them go.

Well i know its rude,he can come over but he has to act normally not over flood our forums with some treads that wont be looked and/or answered and be panicky about the war/eclipse
So if he acts normal hes welcome to our forums...
We just wanna make sure its clean...
