Cure for stress

I know how to make a cure for stress.Its simple.The things you need are:1 bowl
1 wand
some water
and flower patels
First put some water into the bowl and the flowers and stir it with the wand. While stirring it say:
Flowers in the water,
which swells further.
Relieve the stress,relieve the pain.
Which in return I will gain.
