Ghost problem

This happened when I was 11 but the posting about who can see spirits made the temptation about posting this overwhelm me. It was the 7th November 2007 and it was my little brother's birthday, I was lying on a sofa in front of the T.V. and them my mum had left some of my brother's presents upstairs and asked me to get them; usually I'd have no hesitation to go upstairs and get something, but this time I had this horrifying feeling, I was REALLY reluctant to go upstairs because the thought of it seemed to scare the poop out of me but my mum said I was just being selfish and not caring about my Brother. I searched up there for quite a while and that disturbing feeling was getting stronger by the minute and I was chucking every object in my sight to find the presents, but then for some reason a scary vibration shook in my chest and I suddenly stopped and froze in utter fear, there seemed to be an emptiness that swallowed me. I couldn't fully remember this part but I heard a young girl's voice that came from the room just next to the one I was in, saying 'It's coming with you, it's coming at you,' this voice that just suddenly appeared was crystal clear and so close to me, after it appeared there was no sound of a window closing and when I came into my room the window was just closed. It felt so much like a ghost! Though this message was a year ago, do you think something's 'coming at me'? It could be the Shadow Lords.

it just sounds like a ordenary ghost to me but in these wicked times you can not be sure
