Shadow Lesson Outline

This thread is simply meant to give a basic idea of what to expect in the lessons on shadow magick which I will begin focusing on sometime tonight.

1) What is Shadow Energy? In the first lesson I will explain what shadow energy is, how it can be used, and a simple practice for working with shadow energy. I know I've given a summary of shadow energy before, this will explain in more detail about what it is and what it can be used for.

2) Balance in Shadows. The first lesson will explain the title of this one, but the point of this lesson will be to teach you how to better work with shadow energy. How to find balance with it, become attuned with it, etc.

3) Shadow Manipulation. Finally we get into what I'm sure everyone has been waiting for. This lesson, however, is simply to explain the visualization techniques that can be used and give a brief summary of how many things I can teach you as well as where you should start in your practice.

4) Shadow Shielding. This may be a relatively short lesson, the point will merely be to give you a practice task with shadow energy. I will explain how, and you will be expected, to make a shield from shadow energy. Very simple to explain, very simple to do. This lesson can connect to the lesson I gave on shielding in a different, already posted thread.


5) Shadow Healing. Although I'm still working on this part personally, shadow healing is a very necessary skill for any dedicated shadow practitioner. With this you will be capable of healing yourself as well as others. This is a form of Reiki.

6) Shadow Servitor. This is where things get interesting. Rather then just explain things, this lesson will give a task. One that's a little more complex then shield making. This is when you will be expected to make your first shadow servitor, a servitor bred from shadow energy. This lesson may also connect with the shielding and healing lessons I gave out earlier.

7) Shadow Attack. Another one some may find interesting. This lesson will teach the offensive of shadow energy, how it can be used to attack. Due to the recent rise in attacks, I won't be teaching how to penetrate shields. However, I will teach how this energy works and have already explained how to protect yourself from this type of energy.

And that's it. As you can see by the numbers, this will take place within seven lessons. Each lesson will be focused on a different aspect of shadow magick. I hope I'll have time to finish this quickly and I hope you will enjoy every lesson given.

I do urge those of you who wish to learn to read every single lesson. I am posting all of them, and in this order, for a reason. It's not just a bunch of fancy words and organization.
