Yule

Thanks to CJ, who inspired me to write my own Yule poem... I would like to thank him and share what i wrote.. hope you all enjoy. :D

Into the Darkness we shall go,
But to face the Light at the end of the tunnel.
Once again, another turn of the Great Wheel;
the Great God and Goddess reunite;
Two become One.
" Hail to the Oak King!" They shout as they join hands and dance in circles and in rows.
Dark my surroundings and cold be this night
But Thy Labor, Blessed Mother has reborn The Sacred Light...
The Child Divine, The most honored Sun shall return with teh sunrise again.
Into the light we see our Great Father grow and become the Great Warior, and to stand at his Mother's side.
Then to face his death and be born once again causing the Great Wheel to turn again.

that was just beautiful Constantine. You know you are your own worst critic, and I have to say I think you were a little hard on yourself in the chatter. This touched on a lot of key points about yule, you should be proud to have been able to fit all those key points into such a small poem. *claps* bravo
