AIRBENDING?!

Is there a spell or a speacial type of meditation to know how to bend water,or the rest?air,earth,and fire? Because there is a webisite called http://www.earthflame.com and everybody says it works but I don't get it like there is only and introduction and a link CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

You're looking for information on:
Air- aerokinesis
Earth- geokinesis
Water- hydrokinesis
&
Fire- pyrokinesis

If you research those you will so much more reliable information than researching "bending" because it's actually just a word that comes from a cartoon.
While as psionics, the kinetic abilities, will offer a bit more for you to read up on.
