Astral Questions

I have some questions before I begin to AP.
~First: What are the dangers of it? Can another being take over the body and steal your body?
~Second: What are the vibrations?
~Third: What is the easiest way to do it?

There is no danger, except that you might panic and you will woke up before you give time to your body to react and you will be paralyzed for a few moment unless you struggle, then you will make it worse...Well, but it is not danger, danger, just some thing that happens to people who does it involuntarily (like me)
No, another being cannot get over your body since your soul is still link to it, unless another entity is already residing...(like me) In any case, if your subconscious feel like there is danger near by, you will get back to your body.
The vibrations is when your body falls as sleep and your astral body is getting out....you feel like you are shaking.
There is no easy way to do it...you automatically do it. There is few people who can do it voluntarily.
