Money magic's bases

This may just be a newbie's rambling, but I thought about it. A money spell allows a person to get more money, but is it just attracting money to the person? Or getting the person to be attracted to the money? If any are the case then isn't money spells just attraction spells of physical objects?

Well, in my opinion, magick is just asking the universe for something. So i think if the universe thinks you deserve it, you will get the money, although the universe will then balance itself out an you will lose something to.
