Ok so I had some success with a love spell that opened up some great doors and seemed to be working. I am new to all this but it made me a believer. This other person is with someone but the relationship has been dead in the water for a long time. Lately I've been the consoling one and ever since doing the spells we have really opened up to each other. There hasnt been the right time to confirm our feelings for each other which is why I am still in the process of continuing these spells but it seems like something hit a wall. Today I heard from this person that they had a wonderful time with their partner and that it's been a while since that's happened. This put me in a tailspin. Its seemed like everything has been working extremely well. Far better than I had ever imagined. So what gives with this little revalation? I mean of course I am sure this person did not live their life constantly at odds with their partner but still why would the spells have worked so wonderfully and the lines of communication opened up so well if I were to receive a notice like this? I should expect their relationship to be turbulent and up and down but after doing a spell that worked so well you would figure something like that would not happen.
Any advice? Do I need to be patient? Is this a test? Perhaps its a matter of faith?
Since he's in a relationship, he's probably trying to have you as his girlfriend #2. It'a best you avoid him until you know and he know's that his previous relationship is over. When it is over, have the time of yourlife.

They say love is the strongest magic for a reason, and that doesn't mean spells and rituals. Love itself is a mystery and cannot truly be controlled or stopped. You're not the only one with influence, there are powers beyond you that may want that relationship to happen. If their love is true, no magick can taint it.
When you play with love magick, you're playing with fire. There never is a guarantee. If you need confidance in your abilities in magick, love magick is not the place to find it. The most experienced magickal practioners can fail when attempting to manipulate the hearts of others.
I suggest you do a reading (divination) on this love triangle to gain better clarity on the situation before choosing to go any further with it physically or magickally.
You're right I am sure there are many influences going on but their relationship is beyond unhealthy so this hiccup isn't really bothering too much. I will still keep trying but I am just curious as to how everything just flipped on me.
Another question; a spell wouldn't awaken certain feelings you never thought you even has for a person, as requested, without also giving it to the other? It's just seems like it wouldn't make sense.
Want my advice? Avoid love spells completely. Try alternatives, like a soul mate finding spell. If this spell(s) you are doing is to make him love you, then stop. If its to make communication easier (or something like that), then thats fine. Forcing love isnt good. Helping (
There's a reason why the only people who use love potions on tv are disney villians. Love spells are really considered wrong because they mess with your ability to choose the person you want to be with. Imagine an incredible romance that never could be because some moron messed with a few candles. Love spells tend to have nasty consequences, most of them designed to leave you heart broken. The spell could collapse as you see the most hope; it can make you obsessed with the person and the love unrequited; it can make them obsessed to the point that you can no longer be attracted to them; etc. Its much better to make a spell that attracts true love. That way if its meant to be it'll happen much faster, you'll get your guy, and he'll have free will
