chi is life energy and some pepole belvie this si the soruce of magick which i cna belvie to cuse it's enrgy um psi balls can be made into chi balls their are some spells oh chi mainpaltion i don't know relaly any technies other then makign a psi ball out of it

i've already know howh to make a psi ball between my hand now, but i dont know hohw to make it solid or throw it to my target.
help m with this anyone?f

Its supposed to have something to do with layering your creations to make them more solid, and using the lowest frequency vibrations.

Visualize the energy uniting and merging to become a solid. You want to solidify your energy, compacting it. You should get better with practice of this. Forget about vibrations and frequencies, i think thats just going to confuse you. You can also experiment with holding different shapes. Have more imagination then just an orb when your ready.

now tat i learn how to be imaginative, does anyone here is an aerokinesis? i like the wind, even though my element is water..

i read to maek the widns move jsut try talking to it telpathicly or jsut say in your mind "winds move east" and it worked for me i think
