Astral Projection.

What exactly is the astral projection? I don't know much about it. but would like to know

there are articles on it you can read for more detail, but basically while meditating our astral self [think of it like your soul] can escape our body, and be like a specter. in this state, you can travel the world, or you can ascend to the astral plain. [it's a realm similar to ours but astral creatures dwell there like gargoyles, vampires, demons, dragons so on] to do it basically takes relaxation and desire. you need to be relax to the point of almost falling asleep, and the desire to project. it takes some practice before it actually happens. when you first project, just float around your room and get use to it. when you want to return, think of your body and you'll be back. [when in the astral, think of your room, then your body to prevent a crash landing, just what i do] one final point while in the ethral [floating around the physical plain] you'll be tethered to your body so you can find your way back easier. basically that's astral projection.

You make it sound so simple, you should teach.
