HELP

im new to this astral projection idea but when i heard about it
i knew that i would somehow manage it but i still need help!
i have no clue what im doing all i know is im supposed
to relaxe which i can and have but none of the tequniques are
working for me please i need help. if you could post some good ways
or some how mentor me (or talk to my on skype to do this it would be helpful
