Help!!

I want to try astral projection but is there any problems I might encounter there or any dangers I should worry about?!

Astral Projection is a pretty difficult magick to learn. There are dangers so a protection spell or protection items (stones, herbs, pendants, runes, etc) are a good idea

you shall feel paralyzed may be a spirit encounter or may be you lost your self if you do it? but first learn more about OBE Then I am also willing to learn it But I know I can't yet!!
