hi i was just wondering how do you use quartz/amethyst crystals to astral project?

i dont really think you need a crystal to astral project

it's a focusing tool, i imagine. i'm not sure how to use one to astral project though. i really don't need it.

You can use both!

I use mine to aid me, but yes you definately need to learn to meditate, find a quiet room lay down or sit up, your preference, I personally lay down as when you do start to astral project your body feels like its being pulled out and can make you feel a bit woosy!

I hold my crystals near me to protect and guide me, especially my clear quartz and angelic crystal.

The crystals are aiding tools, to help you concentrate and clear your thoughts. But you too need to do this, do not souly rely on your crystals.

If you cannot empty your mind think of a bath, filled up wiht water and when you pull out the plug, it swirls around down the plug hole, as you imagine this think of this being your thoughts, feeling going down the plug with it! This helps to cleanse your innner thoughts which makes it easier for you too meditate and AP.
