Totem animal

I got a really strange experience today. While I was meditating, I imagined myself as leaving my body and traveling to a prarie and suddenly, a wolf appeared and got near to me and when i stretched my hand to touched him i could feel him and i could almost see him clearly

generally they speak too you with a sort of mission for you like familliars they will assist you [some for thier benefit] a wolf is not a warning it is a time of family and drawing closeness for you thast be my thougts

YEs, that happens a lot with me. I have three spirit guides...

The Owl
The Bear
and The Dolphin

Yes, when I speak with my spirit guides, they seem to create an out of body experience for myself. I can touch them and hear them. The Bear's hair is coarse and his voice is rugged. The Owl is smooth and his voice is a 'matter-a-fact' tone. The Dolphin is almost 'slimy' smooth and her voice is high-pitched like the squeals they make.

The spiritual Totem's are a powerful tool and friend. If you are afraid of the experience tell them and they will help you learn to adjust to it. Trust me, get used to it...

I hate flying. And when I meditate it feels like I AM flying, I used to hate it, now I'm getting used to it.

we have something in common cause I have found three totem guides as well:

a cobra
a dolphin
an eagle

They make me feel secure and safe and their voices I just can feel them on my head

Yes, the bear and dolphin are more maternal for me. The owl is more of a stern-guide.

Do they have names? I can't understand mine... I think it's..

Ka-Hia - Dolphin
and Domous - Owl

I think so... But they are kinda hard to hear when I ask their names.

Mira - cobra
Izhbal - eagle
Terk - dolphin

and you don't hear the names, you asked them and then you feel them

How do I get to know my totem guide? I do have four angels with me. Is a some kind of a ritual or things like that to know your spirit guide? I want to know

and a dragon

well, my totum animal would be the wolf, owl and probably the hawk or eagle how do u communicate with them i know that they are my totum animals i feel the presents of the wolf sometimes but... the others nuh not really.
