Generally the best approach is to simply let him know with your words and actions that you are not interested in him in that way, or maybe in any way. It isn't always necessary to reach for magic without trying the mundane first.

I agree with Lark also, as we don't need to turn to spells for everything we need to learn to be open & honest about things, learn to speak up for ourselves. Just tell him straight out, don't be rude or attentional hurt his feelings but put it plane to him, in the best way you can. Of-course he will be hurt just try & not rub salt in his wounds & your be fine! Good luck.

I agree with Lark as well. Tell the guy no. You don't need a spell. Tell him to move on. If he keeps harrasing you, call the cops. Be nice, and if that doesn't work, be nice and get a restraining order. Remember, a kind word and a club will get you further than just a club.
