I would like to know are there any love spells where ingredients aren't needed

There are many, just have a look around on this site and I'm sure you'll find one.

Love spells can be dangerous though. Plus the items in a spell makes the spell more affective too. I do not suggest a love spell either.

there's a lot of ones

love spells are tricky. depending on what you're doing, you could cast one without any ingredients, it would be a chant. be sure you charge with energy and visualize your outcome. i'd say the chant every night from the new to full moon just to give it a little more strength.

of course, once you cast the spell you need to work to attain the goal. if it's a person, talk to them, if it's just 'new love' you need to meet people, go to parties, say hi to people at lunch, move slightly out of your comfort zone.
