Summoning Spell?

Hello,

In all honesty I am very, very new to performing spells. I understand that a summoning spell can be very dangerous and must be cast carefully, so I wanted to make sure I had the right one.

When I was younger, I had a spirit that followed me for years. Even to this day, I think back on so many unexplained things and can't convince myself it wasn't real. Because the phenomenon scared me, I told it to go away and it did. Now that I have a firmer belief and understanding of the supernatural, I'd like to find a way to contact it to see what it wanted, who it was, or how I could help it.

I know that summoning spells are risky business and definitely do not want to summon anything dark. I'm willing to do much learning and practicing before attempting this, but I just want to make sure I'm doing it safely.

Any suggestions?

Meditation, energy work and basic ritual. Once you have that down well, work on balancing the elemental energies within yourself. Do this before you try any summoning. Some people will say you don't have to do all this first. I would say that you get out of your magical practice what you put in it. Just my opinion.

You said you are very very new So ill preffer you dont do summonings yet as for doing summonings protection is very must So start with protection spells first have all the knowledge of the thing you wanna summon..Protection spells are easy and useful for every magical work so start with them then go to summon after knowing what and how summoning works...Remember magic isnt game to experiment with..You must have proper knowings of things you are going to do so thats all oh and except summoning there are other ways also to contact a spirit But dont play with them or they will play with you lol
