A little help plz.

One of my best friends got his heart broken by me,
he was my ex before but when he asked me to be his girlfriend again, I had to say no, 'cuz I don't love him anymore.
But I kind of feel bad about it because he is still one of my best friends and I really really hurt him with it, I had to say no for 45 minutes and he is really down and has constantly a sad look in his eyes while he always was the cheery type.
Is there a spell I can do to help him???
Preferably without candles and special artifacts and stuff, 'cuz I'm not allowed to use them but I really want to help him.

Take a picture and a yellow ribbon, and a pink ribbon. Wrap the pink ribbon around the picture first. Take a pair of scissors and snip the ribbon saying " No longer in love, no longer hurt" wrap the yellow ribbon around the picture. "Friends to the end, without any more love spurts."


This should help, and allow you to stay friends without love tensions and the like. Hope this helps.
