i don't think a spell will work that way. you could try this one:

but i would couple it with a new hair routine, or i would change my diet slightly. i think B6 and zinc helps hair growth [double check] and fatty acid found in fish and avocado will effect your hair. my hair dresser is also an aromatherapist/herbalist, i think she said rosemary essential oil is good for your hair.
