Help needed in AP

I know Astral Proection takes a lot of meditation, but I've only been able to reach it a few times. Is there a tip that would be useful to accomplishing more?

Visualization and metal preparing yourself will help. Like doing a countdown I'n your head and imagining your astral-soul rising from your body. Inscence, oils, and candles specifically for that will also help.
