Can anybody pls tell me if I should work with the moon phases when performing magickal seals.

It is perfectly possible to do magical workings without taking into account the moon phases. However, working with the moon phases can add a bit more push and energy to your workings because you add in the energy inherent in the phase of the moon in which you're doing it.
